Remote-first
Eight of our ten people work from home. We meet in person twice a year for a long-weekend cook and otherwise trust adults to manage their own calendars.
We are a small team based out of Aventura, Florida, with people working from kitchens, home offices, and the occasional coffee shop across the United States.
Eight of our ten people work from home. We meet in person twice a year for a long-weekend cook and otherwise trust adults to manage their own calendars.
You will ship work that real people read, cook from, and pay for. No internal politics, no twenty-stakeholder reviews -- just the recipe, the photo, or the code, and whether it is any good.
Every full-time hire gets equity, full health coverage, four weeks of vacation, and a budget for a home kitchen setup that actually works for the job.

-- The recipe team rule
"Write like a person, edit like an editor. We do not publish jargon, we do not pad sentences, and we do not pretend cooking is harder than it is."
-- The editorial standard
"Answer the email within a business day, even if the answer is short. Members remember being respected more than they remember being delighted."
