Picadillo with Olives and Raisins
Sweet-savory ground beef simmered with potatoes, olives, and golden raisins -- a Cuban-Mexican staple.

Method
Brown the beef in a wide skillet; drain excess fat.
Add onion, garlic and potatoes; cook until tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, olives, raisins, cumin and a splash of water.
Simmer 20 minutes until thickened; serve over rice with cilantro.
