Sticky Kansas-City Baby Back Ribs
Spice-rubbed ribs slow-smoked, then lacquered with a sweet-and-tangy molasses-bourbon sauce.

Method
Rub the ribs with brown sugar, paprika and garlic powder; chill 2 hours.
Smoke at 225 F over apple wood until tender, about 4 hours.
Simmer ketchup, molasses, bourbon and vinegar into a glossy sauce.
Brush the ribs and finish over hot grates until the sauce caramelizes.
