Method

  1. Chill the fish thoroughly, then slice with a single pull of a very sharp knife.

  2. Pile julienned daikon on each plate and lay sashimi over.

  3. Tuck shiso leaves between pieces.

  4. Serve with wasabi, ginger, and soy.
