Biscuits and Sausage Gravy
Cloud-light buttermilk biscuits split and smothered in a peppery sausage cream gravy.

Method
Cut butter into the flour; stir in buttermilk just until shaggy.
Pat to 1-inch thick, cut, and bake at 425 F for 14 minutes.
Brown the sausage; sprinkle with flour and cook one minute.
Whisk in milk; simmer until thick and peppery; spoon over split biscuits.
