Banana Pudding
Layered vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and silky pudding under a billowing whipped cream cap.

Method
Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch and yolks; cook until thick.
Stir in vanilla; chill briefly.
Layer wafers, bananas and pudding in a glass dish.
Top with whipped cream; chill at least 4 hours before serving.
