Nashville Hot Chicken Plate
Buttermilk-brined fried chicken dredged in a fiery cayenne-paprika oil and served over white bread.

Method
Brine chicken in buttermilk overnight.
Dredge in seasoned flour and fry at 325 F until golden and 160 F internal.
Whisk cayenne, paprika, brown sugar and a cup of the hot frying oil.
Brush over the chicken and serve over white bread with pickles.
