Wonton Soup
Silky pork-and-shrimp wontons floating in a clear ginger-scallion broth.

Method
Mix pork, shrimp, soy and sesame oil; fold a teaspoon into each wrapper.
Simmer broth with ginger and a splash of soy; strain.
Boil the wontons in salted water until they float, then transfer to bowls.
Ladle hot broth over and shower with scallions.
