Butter Chicken
Tandoori-spiced chicken simmered in a velvety tomato-cream sauce with kasuri methi and a knob of butter.

Method
Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger-garlic and tandoori masala for at least an hour.
Sear the chicken in a hot pan until charred at the edges; set aside.
Simmer tomatoes with butter and ginger-garlic for 20 minutes, then blend smooth.
Return chicken to the sauce with cream and kasuri methi; simmer 10 minutes more.
