Method

  1. Marinate paneer with yogurt, ginger-garlic and tikka masala for 30 minutes.

  2. Char in a hot pan until lightly blackened; set aside.

  3. Simmer tomatoes with butter and ginger-garlic; blend smooth.

  4. Add paneer, cream and kasuri methi; simmer 10 minutes.
