Paneer Tikka Masala
Charred paneer cubes simmered in a smoky tomato-cream gravy with kasuri methi and ginger.

Method
Marinate paneer with yogurt, ginger-garlic and tikka masala for 30 minutes.
Char in a hot pan until lightly blackened; set aside.
Simmer tomatoes with butter and ginger-garlic; blend smooth.
Add paneer, cream and kasuri methi; simmer 10 minutes.
