Tom Yum Goong
A hot-and-sour shrimp soup with lemongrass, lime, mushrooms, and a fiery chili oil swirl.

Method
Simmer stock with lemongrass and lime leaves for 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms and shrimp; cook just until the shrimp curl.
Stir in fish sauce, lime juice and chili paste off the heat.
Serve with cilantro and an extra squeeze of lime.
