Method
Roast the potatoes until crisp; toss with brava sauce.
Saute shrimp in olive oil with garlic and dried chili until just pink.
Slow-cook onion in oil; combine with beaten eggs and set in a wide pan to make tortilla.
Serve all three at room temperature with bread.
