Avocado Toast with Soft Egg
Smashed avocado on grilled sourdough with a jammy egg, chili flakes, and a squeeze of lemon.

Method
Boil eggs for 6 minutes 30 seconds; ice-shock, then peel.
Toast the bread and rub with olive oil.
Smash avocado with lemon, salt and pepper; spread thick.
Halve the eggs over the toast and finish with chili and microgreens.
